Reclaim Rubber High Tensile thumb

Eco-Friendly Reclaim Rubber Production by Goyal Group of Companies

Producing reclaimed rubber is one of the most traditional and effective methods of recycling waste tires. However, conventional processes typically rely on oxidation, which breaks down rubber molecules into shorter chains—leading to a significant reduction in tensile strength and abrasion resistance. These outdated methods also contribute to environmental pollution through the release of effluent waste and harmful gases.

At Goyal Group of Companies, we adopt the latest environmentally friendly technology that eliminates the use of steam. As a result, our process produces no effluents and releases no foul odors into the atmosphere. Using a modern mechanical technique, we are able to preserve a much higher level of tensile strength. While conventional reclaim rubber typically achieves a tensile strength of 3.5–4.5 MPa, our advanced method delivers 6–10 MPa, setting a new benchmark in quality.

It can also be used as a filler in the manufacturing of new rubber products, helping to reduce both production costs and the environmental impact of rubber manufacturing.
