Production Process
Butyl scrap is sourced from approved suppliers and carefully segregated to remove contaminants, ensuring only pure Butyl enters the reclaiming process.
The scrap undergoes thorough cleaning and separation to eliminate impurities.
The cleaned material is depolymerized, passed through fine screens (60–100 mesh) to remove metal and particulates, and refined using high-precision rubber refiners. This produces high-quality, depolymerized Butyl Reclaim Rubber with excellent consistency and performance.
